If one of the following happens after a paid checkout, contact us within 7 days for manual review:

• Duplicate or clearly mistaken charges.
• A technical failure caused payment issues and access was not granted correctly.
• A refund is required by applicable law.

Send refund requests to 2844500566@qq.com with payment time, amount, receipt or order identifier, and the account email.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time.
